Botanical Garden

The Botanical Garden is open all year round and admission is free for all visitors. It showcases the importance of plant diversity and the need for its preservation. The Circle of Friends of the Botanical Garden regularly hosts public lectures, exhibitions, guided tours and the Children’s University. You can find the free programme here.

Düsseldorf University Hospital

Düsseldorf University Hospital, located on the Heinrich Heine University campus, is the largest hospital in the city. As a health service provider, the hospital offers events covering the areas of medicine, health and life sciences for a variety of target groups. In addition to specialist events, it also offers public lecture series, patient days and presentations for interested members of the public.
