Online form instructions:
how to renew or cancel your membership

Use your university identifier to log into idm.hhu.de ("Anmeldung am IDM") to renew or cancel your alumni membership.

Once you have logged in, click on “Alumni Verwaltung” (alumni administration) to renew or cancel your HHU alumni membership.

A sub-menu will then appear. Use your student ID number, surname, first name, university identifier, name supplements, date of birth or staff number to select your user ID.

Your alumni status will now appear in the “Alumni-Beziehungen” (alumni relationships) field.

Select the appropriate check box depending whether you wish to cancel (“Beenden”), or renew (“Verlängern”) your membership or "Keine Änderung" if you want to cancel changes.

Click on “Zustimmen” (agree) to confirm your selection.
