Donors’ Circle

As a member of the Donors’ Circle, we invite you to participate in University events. Occasions such as the annual award ceremonies and other events at the Haus der Universität (“University House”) give you the opportunity to meet other supporters who take their responsibility for education and supporting the next generation of academics seriously.

Support and challenge

The interdisciplinary communication platform it offers supporters – whether private donors, social organisations or companies – and scholarship recipients is at the heart of the »Seizing Opportunities« German National Scholarship programme at HHU. The focus lies on dialogue:

• As supporters, we offer you the opportunity to meet “your” scholarship recipients and other members of the Donors’ Circle. These get-togethers create a space for the development of relationships based on solidarity between the professionals of tomorrow and those in positions of responsibility in society. They enable dialogue and strengthen intergenerational relationships.
• They also reward outstanding performance, thereby demonstrating that hard work pays off.
• The programme helps you as a company to fulfil your corporate social responsibility and offers good PR opportunities.
• This personal support for students gives your company the opportunity to connect with the high-performers of tomorrow.
